Rehabilitation is an integral part of Physiotherapy and aims to restore you to full fitness with improvements! It is relevant to all patients not just the sporty. Through rehabilitation you also learn where you body needs help and how to train yourself to be able to reduce chances of reoccurrences in the future.

You will be given a personalised program of exercises which may include specific stretches and strengthening exercises. These will relate to your own short and long term goals and will usually include functional activity and sports specific exercise as you progress. Many programs can be done at home but should you require gym equipment two of our sites have gyms to rehabilitate in.
