Sarah Gerrie

Sarah is an advanced MSk Physiotherapist based across all 3 or our clinic locations. Qualifying from The University of Hertfordshire in 2004, Sarah initially started working in London teaching hospitals before finally progressing to the role of an extended scope practitioner and then moving into private practice. Her experience has enabled Sarah to gain extensive knowledge and valuable skills in managing a wide range of complex Musculoskeletal conditions. She has a wealth of experience in acute trauma and injury, sports injuries, post surgical rehabilitation, osteoarthritis and joint replacement surgery, spinal pain, chronic pain and pre and post partum pains. She has also worked for rugby teams and within university athletics providing pitch side treatment and advising on injury prevention and rehabilitation. Sarah is also a qualified Pilates instructor and will often incorporate Pilates into her assessment and treatment, providing a holistic approach to care. As a keen club runner and mum, Sarah understands the frustrations of injury and has particular experience and interest in managing running related injuries and getting you back to fitness.
Sarah treats a varied caseload of patients across all ages and prides herself on working towards each individuals goals through focused treatment and rehabilitation. She is passionate about working with her clients to enable them to reach their full potential.
Her skill set includes manual therapy and soft tissue release/massage, Kinesiology Taping, Acupuncture, Functional Movement Testing, exercise prescription and rehabilitation as well as Pilates.
Outside of work Sarah will often be found at your local ParkRun or chasing her dog and children around.
