Jaime graduated from Brunel University London and has worked as a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in London, gaining extensive experience in the assessment, treatment, and management of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and Trauma & Orthopaedics.

She has worked for many years across both the NHS and private practice, developing strong clinical expertise and the ability to guide patients from acute injury through full rehabilitation, supporting a safe and effective return to daily activities and sport.

Jaime has a particular interest and wealth of experience in treating knee injuries, including acute and post-operative rehabilitation, joint replacements, ACL reconstruction, and meniscal injuries.

She demonstrates excellent manual therapy skills and maintains a strong commitment to evidence-based practice. Jaime has completed numerous postgraduate courses, including Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Kinesiology Taping, Pilates, and Cupping Therapy, allowing her to provide a holistic approach to treatment alongside tailored exercise prescription.

Jaime has also undertaken specialist training in Shockwave Therapy. This advanced treatment modality provides significant benefits for patients, particularly in the management of tendon-related injuries.

Outside of work, Jaime enjoys spending time at her local gym, modelling, and relaxing with her Pomeranian.

Jaime works in Beaconsfield on Wednesdays and Saturday mornings.
